Realme P4 Pro 5G vs Samsung Galaxy A26

When we compare the Realme P4 Pro 5G and the Samsung Galaxy A26, the first difference we notice is in the design, build and display. Realme P4 Pro 5G comes with a larger 6.8-inch OLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and an extremely high peak brightness of 6500 nits. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy A26 has a slightly smaller 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2340p resolution. Samsung offers stronger protection with Gorilla Glass Victus+ and IP67 dust/water resistance, while Realme provides IP65/66 ratings but not as strong as Samsung’s underwater protection.

In terms of performance and software, Realme P4 Pro 5G clearly has more powerful hardware. It uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset with higher clock speeds and Adreno 722 GPU, which means better gaming and multitasking. Samsung Galaxy A26 comes with the Exynos 1380 (or Exynos 1280 in some regions) which is good but not as fast as the Snapdragon chip. However, Samsung has an advantage in software support, promising up to 6 major Android upgrades, while Realme offers only 3. So, Realme is stronger in performance, but Samsung is better in long-term updates.

Looking at the camera setup, Realme P4 Pro 5G offers a dual-camera system with a 50 MP wide lens and an 8 MP ultrawide lens, plus a stunning 50 MP selfie camera capable of recording up to 4K video. Samsung Galaxy A26 has a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP wide, 8 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro lens. However, its selfie camera is only 13 MP with 1080p recording. For photography lovers, Samsung provides more variety with an extra macro lens, but Realme is much stronger in selfie quality and video recording.

Finally, the battery and charging section shows another big difference. Realme P4 Pro 5G comes with a massive 7000 mAh battery and super-fast 80W charging, which means longer usage and much faster recharge. Samsung Galaxy A26 has a smaller 5000 mAh battery with only 25W charging, which is slower compared to Realme. So, if you want powerful battery life and quick charging, Realme is the clear winner. Overall, Realme P4 Pro 5G is better in display, performance, battery and selfies, while Samsung Galaxy A26 is safer in durability, has better software updates and offers more balanced camera options.
